Get Invited Cards was founded by Edgar Kahana with a clear frustration: event invitations in Tanzania were either generic and forgettable, or unnecessarily expensive and slow. He believed there was a better way.

Built in Mwanza, the studio is dedicated entirely to the art of the invitation — combining local craftsmanship with sharp design sensibility. Today the team serves clients across Tanzania, from intimate family weddings in Mwanza to grand galas in Dar es Salaam.

You'll receive your first design proof within 48 hours of your initial consultation. Up to 3 revision rounds are included. Most clients approve their final design within 5–7 business days. Physical production then takes an additional 7–14 business days depending on finishing options.
Yes — we deliver physical stationery to clients across Tanzania via trusted local courier services, including Dar es Salaam, Arusha, Dodoma, and beyond. Delivery costs and estimated timelines are confirmed during your consultation. Digital invitations are sent via WhatsApp at no additional cost, on the same day as approval.
All packages can be scaled up. Additional cards are priced per unit and confirmed at consultation — larger orders benefit from lower per-unit costs. For events over 300 guests we recommend our Bespoke package, which includes a dedicated project manager and custom pricing.
Absolutely. Our Signature and Bespoke packages include both. Many clients use physical cards for VIP guests and digital QR invitations for the full guest list. Both are designed from the same visual identity so everything feels cohesive.
Each guest receives a unique encrypted QR code. On event day, our scanning system reads each code in under a second, confirms the guest, and marks them as arrived on your live dashboard. No app required — it works from a screenshot on any phone.
All packages include up to 3 revision rounds. Once a design is approved and sent to print we cannot accept returns on physical items. For digital packages, if you are not satisfied after 3 revisions we will discuss a solution on a case-by-case basis. We always ensure every client is happy before proceeding to production.
Yes — Bespoke package clients can add on-site gate management. Our team travels to your venue, handles the scanning equipment, manages any access issues, and ensures the arrival experience matches the quality of the invitation. Available for events across Tanzania — enquire for details.
